I Start My Day Like This 馃惥
My Personal Morning Formula
My mornings follow a rhythm that belongs only to me. Wake. Yawn. Stretch. Observe. Walk. Eat. Each step flows naturally into the next. This is how I find balance.
I do not rush. I do not panic about time. I move when my body tells me to move. Humans could learn from this.
Walking Through the Morning
After waking up, I take a slow walk around the house. I touch familiar surfaces with my whiskers. I rub against furniture. I reconnect with my environment. This reminds me that I belong here and that this space is safe.
Breakfast as a Reward
When I finally eat, it feels earned. My body is awake, my mind is clear, and the food tastes better because I am present. I chew slowly, savoring each bite. This is how I start my day: calmly, intentionally.
Setting the Mood for the Day
Once my routine is complete, I find a comfortable spot and rest. The day can unfold however it wants. I am ready. My morning has prepared me.
